Apart from our lovely lab loving it every visit, they go above and beyond. While away, our house sitter got sick and had to leave. The staff drove to our house and picked up kelly and looked after her until we got back. Another time, when my daughter had pet mice, they were happy to look after them while we were away.

Two very happy content little dogs today! I can't thank and praise Pixies Doggie Hotel enough. Have one boy with separation anxiety and Pixies is his "home away from home" and I have now adopted a little older girl who will join him here too. They are special genuine dog loving people who ensure our babies have the best care in every respect, plenty of cuddles - even a sleep in their bed.. and so much fun! We couldn't be more happy

These guys are truly amazing with my two. It was very hard to trust other people with my fur babies but from meeting the guys a pixies i knew they would be loved as much as I do. I highly recommend leaving your fur babies with these guys.

These guys are amazing with fur babies, it’s not your average kennel, it really is like a hotel for doggy’s at a reasonable rate still. The staff love their visitors like their own, they were amazing with my big softy senior dog. Sadly he passed away so we won’t be visiting any longer. The staff at Pixies lit a candle and had our Max’s picture displayed the day he passed. I could not recommend them highly enough, above and beyond.

My story begins some 6 or more years ago. I had a neighbour report me to the local council because my little dog Oliver was barking whilst she was gardening and I was working. I contacted Tersia at Pixies who spoke to Charmaine, the owner, and we came to a perfect agreement. My worries were over, Oliver attended Pixies 5 days a week for around 6 years. During that time, and many occasions when we went overseas, Oliver was so very well cared for at Pixies. They are simply unique, they are a team of dedicated, caring and truly compassionate pet lovers. Oliver had many, many medical problems including epilepsy, arthritis and heart failure none of which were a problem for the team and they always kept me fully informed of his wellbeing. Shortly before Christmas Olivers health deteriorated and whilst I cared for him, so did this wonderful team with just as much compassion to the point that Charmaine wanted to be there for me and Oliver at the end. I'm crying now just thinking about it all. I cannot thank Pixies enough for looking after my gorgeous Oliver, they were his family just as much as we were. I miss the Pixie Team and intend to spend some time there helping out with them and the doggies in the future. Just picked up my baby girl after a week's stay with the team at Pixie's and I was absolutely blown away by how happy and confident she was! Shelby is very timid with strangers so I was a bit concerned about how she'd do but we could tell after picking her up she had the best time and looked super healthy and loved! The family are awesome and you can see they love every pup as their own, Shelby will definitely be back!

We had to go to Aus in a hurry for a funeral, and left our dog Milo with a friend. As we landed in Aus, , she called and said she was not really up to the task. I found Pixies on line, and even being 8 pm, called and explained. Charmaine immediately got in to her car travelled to Three Kings and picked up Milo. We picked him up in 9 days, and he was a happy little doggy, Thanks so much to the Pixie Crew.
